ABOUT ME

Creating spaces for presence, intimacy and transformation

I have spent much of my life exploring what it means to live more fully — through the body, relationships, creativity, spirituality and the many paths through which we come closer to ourselves.

From 2018 to 2023, I lived and worked at a retreat centre in the Peruvian jungle, where I held ceremonial spaces for individuals and groups and accompanied people through profound processes of inner transformation, working with plant medicines and a variety of therapeutic and contemplative modalities.

Before and alongside this work, I spent more than a decade in the world of personal development — as a leadership trainer in London, a learning consultant in New York, and a coach. What has remained constant throughout these different chapters is my fascination with human potential, and with what becomes possible when we create the conditions for people to meet themselves more honestly.

Today, I offer 1-to-1 work for people who want to explore their inner world, their relationships, their direction and their potential through a combination of coaching, embodiment and contemplative practices.

I also create spaces for groups — including men's circles, voice activation workshops, shamanic retreats and other experiential gatherings — where presence, connection, vulnerability and authentic expression can be explored together.
